Feed your Brain right!



HI EVERYBODY!! XD
eating. eating is important, right?.. why?.. because when our stomach is empty, it wants to be filled with food. but, often we forgot about an organ in our body that also needs food. our Brain. what do we feed our Brain is for you to think, but how do we feed it, is what i want to share. its easy!. by reading. a lot of you i'm sure read everyday, through the Internet, the cereal box you eat your breakfast from, road signs while driving, etc. but the reading i meant here is Real reading.( you know, reading with real intentions) Important to realise, what kind of books we should read. i recommend non-fiction books. this is because sometimes when we read too many fiction books, we imagine a lot of things. (especially Novels; romantic novels, teenage novels, etc.) sometimes there are things that doesn't make any sense from what we read from novels can mess with our mind and make us sometimes find it hard to differentiate which is reality and fantasy. So, a good book is a non-fiction book. any book will do. a book that is good for self-enrichment and provokes our thinking. BUT HEY, don't get me wrong. i'm Not telling you to read reallyyyyyy serious books. at times you can engage to light readings, like comics or entertainment magazines. but that readings are for Light readings. to have your Brain to be "well-fed" you need to "feed" your Brain with good stuff, like how you feed your stomach with nutritious meals! :) <3
